Simple, Secure Payment for Mediation Services
Upon completion of the mediation process, Gavel Mediation will prepare and present an invoice for professional fees based upon total time spent preparing for and conducting the mediation session. The invoice will be distributed to clients by way of counsel. Fees are due on receipt, but no later than 10 days after receipt of the invoice. Overdue invoices may be subject to late fee.
