Meet Our Mediation Team
Gavel Mediation is led by Judge David A. Boynton (Ret.) following nearly twenty years of dedicated service as an Associate Judge on the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Montgomery County. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Boynton served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Montgomery County and enjoyed a successful career in private practice focusing on complex civil litigation and criminal defense.
